Slow cooking means good eating. If you’ve got all day, this four-ingredient entree will have everyone at your table reaching for seconds.

In a slow cooker, add chicken breast, salsa, Orrington Farms® Broth Base Chicken Flavored, and water. Cook on high for 4 hours. The minimum internal temperature of the chicken should be 165℉.
Shred the chicken and place it back into the slow cooker. Cut the heat of the slow cooker to warm.
Add instant rice to the slow cooker and cook for about 10 minutes.
Stir together well. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, chips, cheese, avocado, or other desired toppings.
