Italian Beef Sandwiches

A classic favorite sandwich using Orrington Farms® Slow Cookers to make it easy!

 8 thick slices roast beef, about 14 oz
 2 cups prepared Orrington Farms® Slow Cookers Italian Beef Seasoning
 1 loaf Italian bread, split and cut into 4 pieces
 12 oz roasted red bell peppers, drained
 8 slices Swiss cheese (or your preferred cheese)

Preheat broiler on lowest setting.

In a large saucepan, combine roast beef and prepared Orrington Farms® Slow Cookers Italian Beef Seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.

Meanwhile, place bread, cut side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Place a slice of beef on each piece of bread. Top with a thin layer of red peppers and a slice of cheese.

Broil 6 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

Place bread halves together to make sandwich. Serve with remaining au jus if desired.
