These oven-cooked potatoes take their time soaking up a roasted citrus flavor for a uniquely Greek dish that’s sure to please.

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add all ingredients except for the potatoes in a 9-in. x 13-in. baking dish. Whisk everything together.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 1-inch wide wedges. Add to the baking dish and toss to coat.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until fork tender.
Garnish with black pepper. Serve.
Optional: Turn on the broiler to high and broil the potatoes until they're golden brown. Serve warm!
