Place meat in slow cooker and cover with sauce
Add remaining ingredients (except for the white hominy) and cook on low for 7 hours until tender
30 minutes prior to finishing cooking, shred the pork and add the hominy into the slow cooker to allow the flavors to meld
Product will be ready to serve.
