 1 egg white
 1 tbsp cornstarch
4 tsp Orrington Farms® Broth Base Beef Flavored With Other Natural Flavor, divided
1 ½ lbs boneless steak (ribeye or NY Strip), cut into 1-inch pieces and 1/8 inch thin
 ¼ cup oil
¼ cup green onions, cut into 1-inch-long pieces (whites and green parts)
  cup water
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 ¼ cup sugar
¼ cup mirin (or rice vinegar, but not seasoned rice vinegar)
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 lb frozen broccoli
Cornstarch slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch plus 2 Tbsp cold water)
 Rice for serving
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions (For garnishing)
2 tsp toasted sesame (For garnishing)
1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg white, cornstarch, and 2 tsp of Orrington Farms® Broth Base Beef Flavored With Other Natural Flavor. Place meat in a large bowl. Pour the prepared mix over the boneless steak and toss to coat.

2

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil until it shimmers. Add the boneless steak to the pan; stir and cook for 90 seconds. Add the green onions and continue to stir and cook for another 90 seconds. The beef should reach a minimum internal temperature of 145℉. Remove pan from heat and transfer beef and green onions to a plate. Set aside.

For the sauce and broccoli: Whisk together the remaining 2 tsp of Orrington Farms® Broth Base Beef Flavored With Other Natural Flavor into the 2/3 cup of water; set aside.

4

In the same skillet, heat oil until it shimmers. Add the garlic, stir, and cook for 30 seconds or until garlic is slightly golden and fragrant.

5

Add the broth, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and whisk to combine. Add the frozen broccoli and the beef and bring to a simmer. Cover and let it simmer until broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes.

6

Add the cornstarch slurry; stir to combine. The sauce will thicken as it sits.

7

Serve over rice, garnish with toasted sesames and additional green onions.
