 2  large potatoes, chopped
 1  large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 2  small zucchini, chopped
 3  large garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

 ½ tsp dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 400⁰F.

Place the potatoes, bell pepper, zucchini and garlic in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.

Combine oil and vinegar and pour evenly over vegetables. Combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
