 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
 1 large yellow onion, diced
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
 1 ½ cups Orrington Farms® Broth Base - Beef Flavored With Other Natural Flavor, prepared according to package directions
 2 tbsp chili powder
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 Salt
 Black pepper
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
 Sour cream, for topping
 Green onions, chopped, for topping

Cook beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, beans, broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

Serve topped with cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and green onions.
