6 lbs baby back pork ribs (2 racks cut into thirds)
1 pouch Orrington Farms® Slow Cookers BBQ Pork Roast Seasoning, divided
 1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup Orrington Farms® Broth Base Beef Flavor – With Other Natural Flavor, prepared
 ½ cup bourbon
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp hot sauce
1

Preheat oven to 475⁰F.

2

Rub 2 Tbsp seasoning mix over baby back ribs and place meaty-side up on large baking sheet. Bake at 475⁰ F for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining seasoning and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

3

Place ribs in a large slow cooker and pour sauce over ribs equally. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 9 hours, or until ribs are fork tender. Remove from slow cooker and keep warm.

Carefully pour sauce through a fine strainer set over a 2-quart sauce pan, reserving liquid. Skim off fat, if desired. Bring sauce to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until thickened. Brush sauce over ribs.

5

Serve with cornbread, baked beans or your favorite BBQ sides, as desired.
