Baja Barbacoa Recipe


1 ½ cups water

1 pouch Orrington Farms Tender Pot Roast Seasoning

3-4 lbs chuck roast

1 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp ground chili powder


1Mix water and seasoning vigorously with whisk

2Place meat in slow cooker and pour sauce over it

3Add cumin and chili powder

4Cover and cook on low for 8 hours

Tips & Tricks: Remove meat from slow cooker and serve with warm tortillas, bread, or on top of noodles or rice. Top with remaining sauce, sour cream, chopped onions, salsa, and more.
