2 cups water

1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp Orrington Farms Ham Concentrated Base

1 3-4 lbs pork butt

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped onions

1 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic

2 ea. 12 oz. cans white hominy


1To make this Mexican posole recipe mix heated water with Orrington Farms Concentrated Base

2Place meat in slow cooker and cover with sauce

3Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 7 hours until tender

Tips & Tricks: Prepare to serve by removing pork from the slow cooker and shredding, using two forks. Return to the slow cooker and add in warmed hominy.
